The staff was AMAZING and helpful. We received prompt assistance with every request. Our Premium Junior Suite Sea View room had a fine view. I ESPECIALLY loved the well-kept grounds.

The gym had limited equipment. I noticed only a few cardio machines were actually working. It could use some updating.

we had a premium adults room. it was lovely, i must say. the staff displayed perfect service and nothing seemed too much. the food was AMAZING!!! i really enjoyed it, it was lovely in both the main buffet and all the a la cartes we visited.

i noticed the location is good, however, it's not directly on the beach. this was a very slight inconvenience, but the overall experience more than made up for it.

My room's air conditioning did not work well. It was centrally controlled and stuck on 'heat'. this made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. also, the adults-only restaurant was closed , so i could not try it.

The air conditioning was poor. the shower cubicle was tiny. the bar service proved slow. the drinks menu seems outdated, and asking for anything not listed is not allowed. you have to sign for all drinks even if you are on the all-inclusive plan. This was implemented while i was there, so it was quite frustrating.

I have to say, I'm really frustrated by some aspects. First, the air conditioning in our room was useless. It barely cooled the room. Second, the bar service was slow. I often waited a long time for drinks, and it was clear that the staff was struggling. Waiting long time definitely makes me so frustrated.
